Current website behavior
This is a static marketing website with a restaurant inquiry form that submits directly to Formspree. It has no authentication, payment collection, database connection or scoring engine. No analytics or advertising trackers have been intentionally added to the site.
Inquiry information
The inquiry form collects full name, work email, restaurant name, city and inquiry type as required fields. Restaurant website or social URLs and a message are optional. The intended purpose is to respond to inquiries, discuss service suitability and agree a scope. When you submit, these fields are sent over HTTPS to BrandAudit.AI?s dedicated Formspree endpoint. Entries are not stored in browser storage by this website. They remain in the form on a failed or unconfirmed submission and are cleared after confirmed acceptance.
Hosting and inquiry processor
The website is intended for static hosting on Cloudflare Pages but has not been deployed as part of this implementation. A hosting provider may process technical request information such as IP addresses and browser details. The actual hosting configuration and provider terms must be reviewed before launch.
Formspree processes form submissions through the configured endpoint, https://formspree.io/f/mnpjvwgy. Formspree and any configured email delivery provider may also process technical request information. Acceptance by Formspree confirms receipt by the processor, not delivery to an inbox. Dashboard ownership, recipients, account settings, data locations, contractual terms and any international transfers require founder verification. Restaurant assessment evidence
A future diagnostic may examine publicly accessible restaurant information and separately authorized materials. Evidence sources, permitted use, access limits and handling of personal information in reviews or other public content must be addressed in the assessment process. This website itself does not collect or run that assessment.
Retention, rights and contact
No inquiry retention period or verified privacy contact email has been approved. The legal operator, applicable legal basis, rights request process, deletion process and any jurisdiction-specific obligations require founder review. Do not submit sensitive information through the inquiry form.
Required decisions before public launch
- Identify the legal operator and publish verified contact details.
- Approve the inquiry purposes, legal basis, retention period and access controls.
- Review the intended hosting provider, configured Formspree account, email recipients and processor data practices.
- Define rights requests, deletion, incident handling and cross-border arrangements where applicable.
- Review actual cookies, technical logs and any future analytics; update this notice to match.
- Approve the final notice and replace the draft labels before collecting inquiries.
